Keep it steady

Make sure that your pan is properly clean before you start. To prevent sticking, allow your food to come to room temperature.

Before you add oil, heat the empty pan slowly over a medium heat, also over the correct sized hob size. Never rush the preheating process by using a high heat. 

At the right temperature, a water droplet dropped into the pan will form a ball that dances across the surface. If this happens, it’s ready for the oil. If it doesn't and fizzes and evaporates, the pan will need to warm up more.

Our cookware is highly conductive so use a medium or low heat to prevent overcooking or burning. 

You can use any utensil with our cookware – including metal.
